Usage:
4 servings per day. Mix one serving with 620 ml water. Pre-hydrate by drinking GU Energy Drink Mix the night before and the day of activity. Drink 600 - 900 ml per hour depending on exercise intensity and duration as well as environmental conditions. The recommended dosage should not be exceeded.
