STRATOS MASK IS THE GENERIC HYGIENIC PROTECTION MASK THAT LA SPORTIVA HAS DESIGNED FOR DAILY USE IN THE COEXISTENCE PHASE WITH THE COVID-19 VIRUS. To limit the spread of the Coronavirus in fact, each of us must wear a mask in order to avoid inadvertently passing the virus on to other people. Stratos Mask ergonomically wraps the wearer’s face, avoiding the dispersion of saliva droplets that could potentially contain the virus. Attention has been paid to comfort, stability,  breathability and safety.

Stratos Mask is the generic hygienic protection mask made of 3D mesh  fabric with an internal, certified interchangeable anti-bacterial filter. The mask is washable, reusable and a comfortable to wear product thanks to perfect ergonomics designed to wrap around the face in a safe and secure way.The La Sportiva Stratos Mask is ideal for daily use thanks to the enhanced comfort and ease of replacing the filter.

When to replace the filterA single-layer filter, certified for bacterial filtration is inserted inside the Stratos Mask.  It is easily replaceable thanks to the comfortable straps.  It allows to filter about 99% of bacteria and viruses emitted by the mouth, exactly as required for surgical masks according to EN ISO 14683:2019 standards. It is advisable to replace the filter daily, and even more frequently in the case of intense use such as a sports activity or use for several consecutive hours at work.  In case of heavy use La Sportiva recommends a replacement approximately every  4 hours. The mask is a lasting accessory: it can be washed several times. It should be noted that the ViralOff anti-bacterial treatment will gradually decrease over time due to normal wear and tear of materials after washing.
