Descender Storm Jacket is made with our new Techstretch Storm fleece. It offers all-around wind protection and a light water repellency keeping total weight to the minimum and allowing for good moisture management while moving in the mountains. A technical piece with full-zip and multiple pockets, designed and constructed with attention to detail.

TECHSTRETCH™ STORM’s unique patented single layer woven technology unites softshell and fl eece into one, achieving the right balance between breathability, wind resistance and water repellency. Its densely woven surface blocks wind and water without the need of lamination making it durable over time.With its single layer construction, the fabric is lighter and less bulkier compared to 2 or 3 layer fabrics. Its soft, plush interior encapsulates warm air keeping body warm. It comes with moderate stretch for full body movement during activities while dissipating excessive heat at the same time.
This is the ideal fabric for outdoor and sports enthusiasts, for unexpected shift in weather conditions and to stay comfortably warm and dry. Regular 2 or 3 layer knitted fabrics tend to shed more microfi bers during wash due to delamination or loose knitting. With TECHSTRETCH™STORM’s unique single layer woven construction, fi bers are tightly woven together minimizing the amount of fi bers being released into water.Single layer means no foam and no adhesive in between. It also means dyeing the fabric once. That’s cutting back several steps in production - saving valuable energy and water resources.
