EMAFOL, 30CPS

Emafol is a compound of ingredients that ensures adequate supplementation of iron and specific vitamins with anti-anaemic activity.

It contains two innovative ingredients:

• Sunactive®, a microencapsulated ferric pyrophosphate dispersed in stable and highly bioavailable emulsion, clinically tested and lacking typical ferrous odour and taste. It has great gastric tolerance;
• Lactoferrin, a whey protein capable of transporting iron from the intestine to the blood, and from here to the reserve tissues, promoting its absorption. Normally, the assimilation of iron by mouth is limited, whereas lactoferrin ensures greater iron absorption. It also has antimicrobial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory and prebiotic activity at the intestinal barrier level;

The presence of vitamin C and rosehip bioflavonoids further improves the assimilation of iron.

Vitamin B12 and folic acid are important anti-anaemic vitamins; they facilitate the synthesis of haemoglobin (oxygen carrier) and must be introduced daily with the diet.

Their deficiency causes anaemia, a condition that predominantly affects women.

INGREDIENTS: Gluconate Iron, Pirophosphate Iron Sunactive® (Pirophosphate  iron, emulsifier: soy lecithin, sodium chloride, maltodextrin), Rosa canina (Rosa canina L., cinorroidi) e.s. tit. 70% vitamin C, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), lactoferrin (contains lactose), Bulking agent: cellulose; Copper gluconate, Anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; pteroil-monoglutic acid (Folic acid), cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12). Coating agent (capsule): hydroxypropylmetilcellulosa.
